- front home: bedroom #1 has 1 king bed with tv; bedroom #2 has 2 full beds with tv and a tri-fold floor mattress (75"l x 25"w), 1 bathroom with dual vanity, 55” tv in living room
- guest home: 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, a comfortable couch and a tri-fold floor mattress (75"l x 38"w) The guest house has its own living room with 55” TV, bedroom and bathroom. There’s also a small kitchenette with a sink. No appliances.

- free street parking (pay attention to the street cleaning signs for days and hours to avoid getting a parking ticket)

please note that we no longer refill propane tanks when empty There is an extra tank in the back house by the sliding door. If both are empty, you can take an empty tank and get a replacement at Home Depot or somewhere else. There is one approximately 3.5 miles away. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank.
