Price is for 2 guests, $40 per person will be charged after 2 people per person per night. This is my home, I am renting my bedroom and guest bedroom with a private bathroom each, it fits more people if they want to sleep in the living room or not share bedrooms, must let me know since other bedding and air mattresses are in a locked storage.
there are 3 dogs that visit the property often, so people with severe dog hair allergies are not a good fit Will give priority to bookings of 2 night or more. Won’t accept bookings for special events and holidays more than 2 months in advance.
