these two properties were designed and fully renovated from scratch in 2022 with the modern traveler in mind Both apartments can host up to 12 guests comfortably, with king-sized and full-sized mattresses and comfy sofas that convert easily into sleeper sofas. Air conditioning and heating in every room, countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, and high speed WiFi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

Being on the eastern edge, puts you just outside of the busyness of Old Town, and gives you easy walking access to taxis and trams, and near modern shopping centers and stores.

all guests must sign a holt rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive holt's boarding pass with check-in and property information HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
the property has a cctv security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

this is a pet-friendly property There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
