The Space:
Discover the resplendent charm of HOLT’s Breaking Dawn, this cozy 2BR flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bedroom, and also a sofa in the living room that easily turns into a queen-sized bed. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

• Cabinets, dressers and more for storage
• Vanity space area for getting work done or putting makeup on for a night out
• Plenty of clean linens, blankets, pillows & towels provided!

The Kitchen includes:
• A modern kitchen fully-stocked for your cooking needs, including all necessary cookware, plates, cutlery, knife block, and cooking utensils
• Fridge, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and much more

The Bathrooms include:
• Monsoon shower heads for an all-encompassing clean
• Blow dryer, hair curler, three sizes of towels and full range of toiletries offered
• Heated towel racks
• A very comfortable toilet!

• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located right in the city center, just one street away from the National Theater, within walking distance to Calea Victoriei and the entire Old Town area. You will have quick access to the most important landmarks of the city such as the Royal Palace, the Romanian Athenaeum, Universitate Square, Romana Square, as well as museums, art galleries, restaurants, and clubs. Discover historic architecture, old churches, cafés, and the romantic feel that makes this one of the most beautiful areas in the city.

Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. The building is just a 5-minute walk to the subway station Piata Universitatii, and within a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis. There are also bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride-hailing services like Uber.

Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.

The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval..
