recently renovated to be the perfect vacation getaway It’s impossible to not make memories here: cooking family dinner around the kitchen island, watching movies with friends on the massive cloud couch, having wine on the front porch at sunset, or playing games by the pool. It’s private, serene, and just minutes away from the best that LA has to offer (if you manage to convince your family and friends to actually leave).
★ my favorite part of this home is how it blends the indoor and outdoor spaces The walls fold away and the entire house just feels so open. It’s the kind of indoor-outdoor living that only happens in LA.

the neighborhood is residential, calm, and quiet and yet just one minute away from the 101 LA traffic can be difficult, but being right off the 101 makes things so much easier.
zip down to hollywood, silverlake, korea town, and downtown downtown la or shoot up to the valley, burbank, studio city, or sherman oaks
getting around:
the neighborhood is very friendly and a great place to go for a walk
parking: 1 car can park in the driveway and 1 just before the gate Additional parking along the street on our side of the property is available as well.
uber/lyft: use ride sharing to avoid drinking and driving
subway: believe it or not, we have a subway! uber to the subway in hollywood and get back and forth to places like downtown without getting stuck in traffic!
other things to note:
please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.
there is a noise monitoring device outside to monitor noise levels We will notify you if noise levels exceed limit.
jacuzzi & yard maintenance occurs once a week and you will be notified the day before
