this detached house is on a spacious lot In addition to the driveway, the front of the house features a spacious front yard with lots of greenery and beautiful plants and shrubs. The front door leads into the hall, which connects to the toilet and the living room. At the front of the living room are a cozy sitting area with a sofa and two chairs by the television. The beautiful windows frame the rural view from the living room. The living room also has a dining area that seats six with a spacious table and comfortable chairs. The sliding doors by the dining area offer a great view of the garden and endless distant vistas of the farmland behind the house. The separate kitchen next to the living room is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine, and a Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen has another small seating area consisting of a table for two where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or socialize while cooking. This is a lovely place to sit overlooking the garden.

Cadzand-Bad is a well-known seaside resort; Cadzand-Bad and Domburg are the only two beaches in the Netherlands officially labelled “salubrious”. The vast beaches are great for soaking up the sun in the summer or getting a breath of fresh air in the colder months. If you would rather spend a day at sea, Cadzand Marina offers an excellent starting point. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from here and have several shorelines to sail to. The small village of Nieuwvliet, with its quaint streets and characteristic houses, makes an interesting visit and is only 10 minutes away by car. If you like staying active, we have good news for you: there is a 2.5-kilometre walk in the area! The historical centre is in Nieuwvliet-Dorp, about two kilometres from the beach. These quaint streets soon lead to the shopping centre where you can buy nice clothes or souvenirs if you want a change from relaxing on the beach.
