Positive: I checked in on 6/20/25 at approximately 10pm. 1st- I didn't know there were two IHG owned hotels within feet of one another (Staybridge and Holiday Inn express. I accidentally went to Staybridge, trying to check in. The male at the front desk put another guest's personal info on the screen where I could see if. It was Rulon Musser with a 702 or 720 area code. I said something to the guy attempting to check me in. He allowed the guests info to sit on the screen fir 5 minutes. It was too long not to take it down. Approximately 10 minutes later- they told me to go 10 ft to the holiday in express reservation desk. My room had 2 issues. 1. My AC didn't work. It'd turn on but it never lowered the temp. I wasn't able to sleep. It was horrible. 2. The phone in the room didn't work. 3. I couldn't find the blow dryer. It was frustrating.
