as you enter our home, you walk up to our quaint screened in front porch that guests can enjoy relaxing on rocking chairs for a true "southern" front porch feel! guests can enter our home conveniently with a keyless entry keypad, so no need to fumble with keys
you'll enter directly into our living room with comfortable seating for everyone on the couches or two occasional chairs We have large smartTv with standard cable, as well as the ability to login to your own streaming services. we also have a selection of board games for great family nights in!
our dining area & kitchen are open concept right off the living area, and even includes a small coffee bar equipped with a standard coffee pot & keurig our kitchen comes stocked with full stainless appliances, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, small appliances (toaster, blender, crockpot and more)-just bring your groceries, spices, oils along!
tiny travelers:
we supply a pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes & silverware, and baby gate so families can pack a little lighter!
directly off the kitchen is our laundry room with a full size stackable washer & dryer & a second entry with a keypad for convenience We have a full bathroom located next to the kitchen as well, with a walk in shower. The first bedroom is located on this floor, complete with two sets of twin sized bunk beds & a SmartTv.
upstairs, to the left is our second bedroom this room has a king sized bed, smarttv, attached bathroom with a shower & tub combo, and a small private balcony to enjoy!
our final bedroom is extremely spacious with a king sized bed, full sized bunk bed, a comfy couch, smarttv, and a foosball table! a walk in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower & tub combo complete this space
our fully fenced in backyard offers a weber propane grill, outdoor shower, outdoor seating, firepit, and a large (optionally heated) pool! we ask that if your group desires to have the pool heated, to please inquire when booking for rates!

-parties and events are not permitted
-we are pet friendly with a one time $200 fee (this includes emotional support animals) Only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this and we must be notified prior to your arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal (i.e. emotional support animals or pets) is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated at any time.

this beautiful beach house is a short block from gated beach access that you're provided a code for your stay to access! please keep in mind that due to hoa rules canopies & tents are not permitted to be used in this beach area

we're happy to offer our guests golf cart rentals at a deeply discounted rate from a local, reputable company--you won't find this deal anywhere else! please let us know upon booking so that we may provide rates & availability as both vary seasonally Unfortunately, Golf cart rentals are not permitted with student parties under 25 (insurance reasons) and no exceptions can be made.
