this detached holiday house is spread over three floors and is in the midst of carinthia in bad kleinkirchheim It was built in 1932 and last renovated in 2017. Owing to its location on a slope, it affords a beautiful view of the mountain meadows.
the accommodation of around 90m² is very comfortably furnished and exudes a pleasant atmosphere, inviting you to relax and enjoy your stay During the renovation, the owner paid attention to ensuring that the charm of the old house was preserved, combining the old, rustic ambience with new, modern touches. The living room has a sofa suite, a coffee table, satellite TV, a CD player. The kitchen-diner has a dining corner and is equipped with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. Two of the four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (200 x 180cm), the third has a single bed (90 cm wide) and the fourth has a French bed (140cm wide). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a separate WC. A hairdryer can be borrowed on request for a deposit. The owner can provide a highchair and board games for all ages free of charge. Heating and free wireless Internet access are available in all the rooms in the house.

Shops and a weekly farmers’ market right in the village are about 3-4.5km away.
