The enclosed garden property is centrally located in the popular seaside resort, at about the same distance from two pleasant sandy beaches. In the annex there is the second bathroom, which can also be accessed from the outside, coming directly from the beach, and a converted sleeping loft with two sleeping possibilities, which can be reached via a steep staircase. In the main building, the living area with a cozy fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Damgan is located at the mouth of the Pénerf river. Water sports, cycling, tennis, horseback riding and coastal walks offer variety. The beach promenade invites you to take a stroll in the evening. Oyster lovers can taste them directly from the farmer on the headland, while the traditional creperies can be found in the town centre.Activities nearby : The small ferry of the Passeur du Tour du Parc lets hikers and cyclists into the Rhuys peninsula, the Muzillac region and La Roche Bernard open up to small half-day excursions.
