Positive: A child-friendly hotel surrounded by animals where you can have a pleasant time with your family. location and facilities, view is great

Negative: We had booked the princess room number 7, and even mentioned it in the messages, but when I went there, room number 7 was not available and they directed us to room number 208. Between 5 and 6 in the morning, tourism agencies are waking up those who are going on balloon and other tours by knocking loudly on their doors.
