Our charming Spanish Style home is in the heart of historic Seminole Park The surrounding neighborhood built along the Caloosahatchee River with 100 year old homes and majestic royal palms planted by Thomas Edison himself is a treasure for morning walks, sunsets at the river bank, or simply a view to enjoy from the front porch. Fantastic location to reach local hot spots. Downtown Fort Myers is an 8 minute drive and walkable as well with the Edison and Ford gardens and museum on the way into town. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are due south down McGregor and reachable in 20 to 25 min.
