The front stairs lead you to enjoy the private, spacious, wrap around Mahogany deck with plenty of room for relaxing on the super comfy rocking chairs, enjoying an afternoon cocktail/board games, and outdoor dining all with a street and pool view. This 1st floor poolside condo has custom details throughout: Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, built-in antique fireplace mantles, Carrara marble subway tile shower, original converted gas light bedroom fixtures, custom molding throughout, Clawfoot tub, marble sinks, stained glass features, custom corner bedroom closets, granite kitchen counters, and custom farmhouse kitchen cabinets. This property has many other unique features that any craftsman, antique lover or historian will adore.
sleeping arrangements: 2 queen size beds (1 memory foam for the firmer sleeper and 1 plush) in the 1st & 2nd bedrooms and the 3rd (a tiny sized) bedroom off the kitchen has a full size loft style bed with twin underneath which can be enjoyed by 2 children/teens/young adults as a super unique sleeping area There's also a Queen sleeper sofa in the front living room. Stepping outside, the 1800's era hand-carved wooden French doors from the kitchen lead to an expansive brick patio with a spacious 37'x13' in-ground pool, stainless steel BBQ grill, lounge chairs, 2nd large dining table, enclosed outdoor shower and mature, well maintained plantings throughout.
