Originally built in 1914 and converted into apartments in 2004 this corner apartment features incredible views of downtown Hot Springs, 14 ft ceilings and so much more. Relax in safety and security with key fob access to the entire building and 24/7 surveillance on the interior hallways and exterior of the building. We are walking distance to everything downtown and a 4-minute drive from Oaklawn. So come stay with us and our little family with on-site staff to help with anything you may need.
