The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern convenience including an island with 2 stools.

upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, each with comfortable queen sized beds, and a spa bathroom The large upstairs bathroom is a new addition and has a large luxury shower, double sinks, and a large soaking tub.
in the back yard you will find a gas grill, 4 adirondak chairs, 6 extra folding chairs, and a fire pit - along with stacked wood for the fire pit In the kitchen you’ll find grilling tools for the gas grill, and marshmallow / hotdog roasting sticks, and fire starters for the fire pit.
the laundry area is in the basement and is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, clothes hanging rack, hangers, detergent, etc The laundry area and has been partitioned off from the rest of the basement to provide a nice, efficient space to do your laundry.
