Original, charming, & quaint historic house in the sought after area of Victoria Park just a stroll to Las Olas Blvd. Come enjoy this beautiful historic house with it's original wood floors. The house has been recently updated with a new kitchen. The backyard is not available for use and has a pool being built please see the pictures before booking. It is fenced off so you will not be able to access it and no construction will occur during your stay.

the entire house is for your exclusive use There will be no pool construction during your stay but the backyard is fenced off so you are unable to use it and you can see the pool construction from the balcony. Please observe checkin time is 4pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.

very historic & charming home with lots of character located in fort lauderdale's most sought after upscale neighborhood called victoria park Enjoy streets lined with beautiful trees for plenty of shade and Lush foliage. A favorite place for locals to go walk and do exercise at. Walk to Victoria Park with canal/intercostal waterway views or Las Olas Blvd.
waze or any other map application are very reliable and will help you get around!
i highly recommend you rent a car when you arrive at the airport or use ride sharing application like uber/lyft
important information:
we will be building a pool in the month of april so the backyard will not be available and there may be workers during the day It will not interfere with the actual house since it is in the back and you have to go down a set of stairs to access the area. However if you book it you understand this is will be happening.
please no parties and no smoking Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee. You can smoke outside.

observe checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions We may be unable to accommodate early checkin, however if it is available we charge $25 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $100 fee per hour or portion thereof.
