Negative: While the hotel has many positive aspects, there were several disappointments that prevented it from feeling like a true 5-star experience. The main issue was the room view. The room was advertised as having a forest view, but from our first-floor room the view was largely obstructed by a large rooftop structure, with the forest only visible in the background. The bathroom was missing basic amenities such as a shower cap.The coffee provided in the room was good, but the capsules were not labeled, so there was no way of knowing the flavors without guessing. Finally, while the staff was did not seem particularly warm or customer-oriented. We expected more smiles, greetings, and a more welcoming attitude. Overall, the service and attention to detail did not consistently reflect the standards typically associated with a 5-star hotel.
Summary: Overall, the experience did not live up to the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
