This beachside beauty boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with induction cooktop stove, new appliances, and is stocked with all the essential kitchenware items needed to make your favorite vacation meals at home. Bright, bold coastal colors and decor bring this home to life and the split floor plan is great for couples and families alike. The home features a large wrap around porch and is the perfect afternoon escape, nestled between 2 small ponds and enough foliage to allow for privacy and tranquility. Heron Rest is pet-friendly and has a fenced in back yard for added convenience. The neighborhood has nearby, private beach access parking that puts you on the sandy, shell strewn beach within a short 5 minute walk, bike ride or quick car ride. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella are provided to allow for the most convenient way to spend long days on our beautiful beach. The home is located toward Sanibel's West End of the island close to Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, the Sanibel Recreation Center, and many restaurants & shops that are all within a few miles bike ride or short drive.
