exciting news! this home has a brand new private heated swimming pool with tanning shelf and sun loungers! the pool is heated to 80 degrees from march 1 to november 1
the skinny: this 3 bedroom home is situated just 15 blocks from the sand, literally steps from the beach boardwalk which allows you within moments to access the sand and water! Amazing morning sun is available in gobs in the backyard where you can do the backstroke while the kids float around in the gorgeous large swimming pool. enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun! 3 lounge chairs are perfect for sunning, our propane bbq is set up right off the kitchen back door and we have a kids size bean bag toss for backyard fun! beach gear is in the garage for a fun trip to the beach with the whole group! local artist kelly king painted the one-of-a-kind social worthy mural on the back of the house for all to enjoy!

A 15 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine to enjoy our town's European beauty + history, or drive 45 minutes north to Ponte Vedra for amazing golfing, shopping and dining! A 25 minute drive south takes you down to Marineland, Matanzas Inlet and Palm Coast.
the space: the home sleeps 6 in 1 king bed and 2 queen beds The kitchen is equipped to service 6 people and cook together for a great night in! The TV in the living room has cable and the rest of the TVs in the house are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. You can access Live TV with channels via the TV main menu. the gorgeous blue swimming pool is perfect for a dip after a balmy beach day!

the layout - this home has a solid 3/2 layout:
1st floor bedroom: queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower
2nd floor master bedroom: king bed with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo Also shared with Queen bedroom.
2nd floor guest bedroom: queen bed and shares en suite bathroom with master bedroom
open living: the kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! we outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days
parking: there is a double car driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars + 1 spot in the garage Street parking is illegal so please plan to park in our driveway. There is no other parking provided.
laundry: we offer a laundry room with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience
historic downtown st Augustine: Just a 15 minute drive south is historic downtown St. Augustine! beachside fun in the sun: our beaches are unparalleled! we really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little st Augustine. This home is situated very nearby a beach access walkover on F Street across A1A! We are steps away! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
turn it up: want to live on the edge? there are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
*security deposit: in lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99 This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
