additional information:
quiet hours: strictly enforced 9:00pm - 7:00am Please be respectful of our neighbors, community, and the people around you. This house is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in all of Albuquerque. The City mandates that short-term rental quiet hours begin at 9PM, so noise level must be at an absolute minimum after that time. Violating this rule is cause for immediate removal from the home. Noise detectors are installed in the home and will monitor if excessive noise is present. To maintain tranquility, appropriate action will be taken if necessary. Parties are strictly prohibited. Any gatherings of more than 20, including registered guests, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED by Albuquerque Regulations. We (hosts) must be notified of any visitors over the registered number of guests, and all visitors must leave before quiet hours begin.

You are responsible for any damages, so please only bring trained dogs, no puppies! You are responsible for bringing doggy bags, and picking up all their waste. see rules
check-in / checkout: check-in starts at 4:00 pm Checkout is at 10:00 AM, and is strictly enforced to allow time to prepare for our next guests. However, Late checkout and/or early check-in may be possible, PLEASE ASK.
pool: our private pool is open from april-october Heating the pool is an additional $50/day. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN BOOKING if you would like it heated.
grill: please clean thoroughly after use Gas canisters will be on the property but may need to be re-filled. The local Walmart is less than 5 minutes away, and you can exchange tanks. We will reimburse the cost (~$20).
your safety: for your safety and privacy, we have installed exterior security cameras facing the front of the house, but no cameras or recording devices are located anywhere else on the property We’ve also installed smart locks and pool chimes..
