this house is in a nice area close to hard rock casino and hard rock stadium where you can attend concerts or sport events ,

please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise volume under 75 decibels after 9pm
if any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us You will be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.
once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves
* if something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours (per your request)
