Summary: The hotel has installed lots of modern touches to a beautiful old building. However these are not quite up to scratch. I had to turn off a light by pulling the breaker - i reported it and they fixed it by ripping out the light and covering with electrical tape. The bath in the room in lovely but it was hot and there was no shower so not practical. No parking but close to lots of eateries.
