Positive: The overall experience in the hotel was good, the staff were excellent and the communication with the off-site team was faultless, very responsive and sorted the issue within minutes. The room was lovely and whilst the controls took a little time to try and work out, we did like the innovation in terms of controlling the curtains, lights, etc.
Negative: It did seem like "Design over Form" i.e. there was a lovely bath in the room, but no shower. Also the tap for the bath was at the far end, so not reachable when laying out. This meant when moving forward to turn the tap on / off one sat on the plug and the water started to drain out. It would be better to have the tap in the centre of the bath for easy reach. WIth all the wall programmers, we noticed some did one thing and others did another. It would be better to have a mobile unit that did everything. Then it's all in one place and you're not going from one programmer to another to work out how to switch lights off or close curtains. I am being pedantic as the stay was very good, but I feel it's best to have constructive feedback
