Fantastic location just a few blocks to the beaches and easy walk to downtown South Haven. This condo has an open floor plan featuring a vaulted ceiling, new carpet throughout and updated paint colors. Upper and lower decks extend the living space outside and a convenient gas fireplace in the living room creates a cozy space when the temps dip.
downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath Each bedroom includes a Queen bed with an XL twin trundle, comfortably sleeping 3 per room. A pack-and-play and baby monitor are also available for a toddler/infant to safely sleep. Upstairs you will find an open living space with a large sectional and 6-person table (and a high-chair for little ones). Games and toys are available for family fun! The TV is set up with YouTube TV, and the ability to log into your favorite streaming apps. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven and dishwasher. An electric grill is available for use on the upper deck. a brand-new in-unit washer and dryer makes it convenient to do laundry throughout your stay!
5 backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a baby beach tent, and a beach wagon are available for use, allowing for easy transport during the quick 7 minute walk to the beach
