A community pool directly across a private drive makes keeping tabs on those loved ones especially convenient and beach access is a short stroll (approximately 550 yards or .3 mile).

Old Florida Village is ideally situated within a quarter mile of 2 public beach accesses with clean public facilities and plenty of parking.
