Positive: The place is nice, cozy and well-equipped. We found everything we needed! The fireplace and the terrace are amazing!! We visited in winter and it was quite cold, but the rooms were warm, so we slept comfortably. Toilets were less warm, but one should expect that when it's -5 outside :) It's important to know that the kitchen and larger bathroom with bathtub are on the ground floor, while the rooms are on the 1st floor. There are toilets on both levels though.
Negative: The only issue was that we couldn't get wifi to work, so we had to use mobile internet, and the connection quality in the area is low.
