Positive: The small swimming pool is excellent for smaller children. The other outdoor facilities were generally good. The property had plenty of space and facilities for 6 adults and 4 children. The closeness to the beach is great. Local shops and places to eat are good for a holiday stay and nearby. If we were to go to Edisto Beach again, we would be happy to stay in this property.

Negative: Some light bulbs need to be replaced. Some drawers need their handles to be replaced or fixed. There is a baby seat that cannot be fixed securely to anything. The pool turned out to be warm enough without heating - the price actually quoted before arrival to heat it was ridiculously high: $152 per day plus tax gives $689 for 4 nights heating! This is an amount that's difficult to understand, especially for the small size of the pool.
