Summary: We stayed here for a memorial service. The rooms were all booked with our family members and other people that were attending some type of a wedding I guess. The stay was unremarkable, except for the lack of a sofa bed that I had requested in my original booking. I asked receptionist if I could have another room and my answer was “you used a third-party booking and you don’t have that option“. I don’t think that’s a great answer and it doesn’t make people wanna come back to your facilities. I don’t know if I’m gonna use a Hilton type hotel next time if these are the responses I get for bringing my business to them. Ultimately, we had to get an air mattress to put my son on in the room so he didn’t have to sleep on the floor. The breakfast was good, the pool is small and subpar. The area really has nothing to do, so bring a book.
