A charming courtyard greets our guests and leads to the rustic turquoise front door. Comprising over 2,000 square feet on a single level with 2 bedrooms plus a large den, a dining room that seats 6 plus a separate breakfast nook, this light-filled home with southern exposure does not disappoint.

The kitchen has extensive sunset views with palm trees and Italian cypress dotting the landscape, and has been recently upgraded with new stainless steel appliances, sink, faucet, and a lovely Mexican tile backsplash. The gas log fireplace provides cozy warmth on chilly evenings and our guests can indulge themselves with a Sharper Image massage chair in the living room. There is a new washer and dryer and a 2-car garage. A newer HVAC system and ceiling fans in most of the rooms ensure our guests' comfort.
