Positive: Location was great. Access to beach, bars, and restaurants.
Negative: Downstairs air conditioner did not cool well. Second floor shade broken. Door lock is either broken or needs better direction on how to use. Neighbors are less than welcoming. Loud conversations, construction, and arguments easily heard.
Summary: Great place for quiet adult retreats like honeymoon or anniversary.
