Seaside Cottage is located on the Gulf at the end of the island peninsula in Tarpon Springs. Howard Beach is a short 10 minute kayak ride away (Two kayaks and 2 paddle boards included at the house.) Incredible fishing right off the brand new 130 ft dock and sea wall. Dolphins, manatee, sting rays, crabs and all kinds of fish swim around the dock. putting green with five holes, golf clubs and led lit balls and holes for fun at night!
seaside cottage was recently renovated and has two levels The upper level has an open floor plan kitchen with a farmhouse sink, quartz counters, new cabinets and appliances and a huge island open to the dining and living area. Upon entry, it feels as though you are on a cruise ship with the water views! Two bedrooms (King in main and trundle in second bedroom) on the upper level along with a gorgeous upscale bathroom. The lower level has a family gathering room, piano, coffee bar, a large bedroom with a queen bed and trundle bed, full bathroom and laundry room.
