our apartment is ideally located: close to the beach of nice, far from the agitation of the city center Ideal for travelers looking for calm and serenity. Only 7 minutes walk from the sea and close to transportation.
and if you want to go for a walk in cannes or monaco, public transportation will easily take you along the coast
there is only 2 apartments per floor, and the next-door neighbour on our floor is rarely in

the apartment is close to many public transport (streetcar, train station- gare sncf, blue bike stations, bus, airport)
there are also many free parking places are around the apartment So feel free to drive here.
in the evening it is more difficult to find a parking place, preferably park towards arenas and walk to the apartment
