Positive: You can experience true Robinson-style tourism and life in isolation — no neighbors, no loud parties. Just a place for relaxation and complete peace of mind. The person who welcomed us was a lovely local girl who spoke good English and was very helpful throughout our stay. On our last day, we asked if we could have breakfast earlier, at 7 AM (since it’s normally served at 8), and she kindly prepared it for us without hesitation.

Negative: The room has no air conditioning, only a fan — but electricity is cut off at midnight and doesn’t return until morning. We couldn’t sleep because of the heat. The room is also poorly maintained, with a lot of dust and insects (ants and cockroaches). There were even dead bugs on the mosquito net canopy above the bed that no one had cleaned. While I understand that hygiene standards may vary from my home country, this definitely needs improvement. Coffee is not included in breakfast and is charged an additional €2, which seems excessive for a simple Nescafé with powdered milk. We had read that the location was remote and difficult to reach, but we didn’t expect the road to be that wild. The tuk-tuk barely makes it through the potholes — the ride feels unsafe and you’re just waiting for it to tip over.
