This first floor unit has been completely renovated to provide all the modern amenities, while designed to maintain a historic appeal. You will notice refinished original hardwood floors, solid wood 5-panel doors, accents of seashore tiles, and a stained glass transom. All mattress sets are 'Heavenly Beds' by Simmons for luxurious comfort, and all bedrooms along with living and dining room have ceiling fans.

At the opposite end of our block from the beach, there is a deli, restaurant, pizza shop, and ice cream parlor within 1-3 short blocks. Additionally, we offer 6 beach tags, some sun/salt air weathered beach gear, umbrella and old time beach cruiser bikes to get started on your fun.
