You can walk out the front door, cross the street, and sit on a bench overlooking the intracoastal waterway (public access) at SE 3rd Street. This is a charming, comfortable, well-stocked, and cozy single family home located in the heart of beautiful Delray Beach. It underwent a total renovation in 2016 and is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home which sleeps six comfortably. Master bedroom has king size bed and TV. Second bedroom has queen size bed and desk. Third bedroom has bunk beds and is kid friendly with toys and games. Home is fully furnished with all amenities.
