ideally located in a hamlet very quiet and preserved in the heart of roman saintonge and the vineyards of charente, close to beautiful historic towns

there is in front of the house (expo south) a fenced garden of approx 50 m2 perfect for dining (table for 12 people + deck chairs) and rest
at the back, there is an open courtyard At 60 m from the cottage, we provide a very large garden (semi closed) to play football or play outdoor games.
