Summary: Thought we would have a beach front unit… small print said gulf view, large print said beach front. Jamie at the desk “tried “ to get it changed or compensate for the lack of clarity but nothing was done. The room shows wear and tear, was basic. The floors were nasty, we had to sweep and mop on day one, the babies socks looked like they had walked on a tarred road. The pools were nice, not enough loungers though. The beach was beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators worked great but would close shut quickly, hard to get your luggage through without the door closing. The ice machine was broken for the resort, the one in the room did work. We will not stay here again. For the money they charge we expected better, cleaner at the very least.
