Welcome to Sea la Vie! This beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home has lots of extra living space and all the right amenities for one or two families. Enjoy outdoor living with three decks. The master bedroom with a king bed and walk-out deck (with peeks of Oyster Pond), offers bonus adjoining sleeping space for a baby or toddler. Across the hall is a bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle. A bathroom with walk-in shower is shared by the two bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has one queen and a full bath across the hall. The walk-out lower level contains the fourth bedroom with two twin beds, a half bath, and an easy slider access to an outdoor shower. Also on this level is a game/play room and laundry. AC window units in all bedrooms and a large AC unit on the main floor. Wifi flat screen tv and a large yard complete the package. Located on a lovely cul-de-sac with Mac's Seafood restaurant and fish market at the end of the street, the home is close to everything - just minutes to Downtown Chatham and Harding's Beach.
