Perfect for a couple or small family, this cabin features a chic downstairs suite and a cozy upstairs bunk room for the kids. Sleeping 5-7 guests, the Good Ol' Days sits on just over 1 acre of beautiful woods with a wrap-around porch on three sides for the whole family to soak in that fresh Hochatown air and reconnect in nature. downstairs master bedroom (sleeps 2) - king bed, 2 nightstands, smart hdtv, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower Private access to back deck.

Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free WiFi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Note that cabin uses exterior security cameras facing away from cabin and monitoring activity approaching cabin's entrances. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 7 guests, no exceptions..

Summary: My husband and I wanted to have a quiet vacation where we could bring our pets. That is exactly what we got! It was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful secluded area. It looks just like the pictures & we felt very safe. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5, I wish I could give a 4.5, we had a hiccup the first morning we arrived. My husband and I went out to walk the dogs & we locked ourselves out the cabin. We had no phone, no car keys, & we were in our PJs. So my husband had to walk, in his long underwear, through 2 creeks to get to a construction crew. They helped by bringing him to a place to call for help. Unfortunately, the person answering the phone for the cabin was not very helpful. There was a language barrier and she wasn’t friendly to my husband, who was still in his long johns. After sitting on the porch for about an hour and a half, a maintenance man came to unlock the key box so we can get in the cabin. So, if you stay in this cabin, ask the rental company what the combination is to the key box. Because if you leave the cabin and you had locked the bottom door knob inside the house, it will open the door so you think the doors unlocked, but when you close it, it will lock you out. Other than that, it was a wonderful trip & if you have AT&T you will have cell service. We would stay there again.
