Dit zeer privatief 4****appartement is zeer rustig, doch centraal gelegen in het gezellige Veysonnaz. Het gebouw (bouwjaar 1996) bestaat uit slechts 12 appartementen en ligt op het einde van een doodlopende weg. Het interieur werd in oktober 2021 heringericht in Zwitserse chaletstijl (herschilderd en bemeubeld). De living beschikt tevens over een SMART LCD TV met ingebouwde WiFi, JVC HiFi met USB en gratis WIFI internet. De living geeft uit op een hoekbalkon van 24m² (Zuid-West) met een adembenemend uitzicht (250 graden panorama zonder zichtbelemmering). U hebt zicht op de Rhônevallei, Haute-Nendaz, Ovronnaz, de Diableretsgletsjer, het omliggende gebergte, enz.
op wandelafstand (50 meter) vindt u de bushalte waar u om de 30 minuten de gratis skibus kunt nemen naar de 800 meter verder gelegen skilift (de weg naar de skilift toe is vlak, de piste en de télécabine zijn ook makkelijk via het wandelpad 'de bisse de vex' bereikbaar) , eerste restaurant (greppon blanc) met prachtig zuidterras op 100 meter, 3 supermarkten, enkele café's, een bankautomaat, een bakker en een slager Alles binnen wandelafstand! Er is voldoende skimateriaal te huur en skiles kunt u ook in het Nederlands volgen. De skigondel brengt u naar één van de grootste skigebieden van Europa (410 kilometer pistes in alle moeilijkheidsgraden). U kunt skiën naar Siviez, Haute-Nendaz, Mont-Fort, Verbier, Thyon 1800-2000, en de beroemde 'Piste de l'Ours' uitproberen (wereldkampioenschap). Er zijn voldoende skiboxen beschikbaar aan de gondel! Het skidorp is gezellig klein en veel is in het Nederlands geafficheerd. Buiten de normale skipas bestaat er ook de "Valais Skicard" die in de ganse Quattre Vallées 2 jaar geldig is! Zo'n kaart kan je "opladen" met 100, 200, 400 of 500 punten en ook herladen. Het grote voordeel is dat er enkel punten van de kaart worden afgetrokken als je daadwerkelijk skiet, dus je kan een dagje iets anders plannen of een halve dag skiën zonder geld te verliezen. Tevens wordt er rekening gehouden of je voor het "kleine" of volledige skigebied kiest. Hoe hoger het aantal punten die je laadt, des te hoger de korting, bvb. 200 punten kosten 192 CHF. deze kaart kan aan de normale kassa's verkregen worden! het traditionele dorp veysonnaz, dat iets lager ligt, is een wandeling meer dan waard!

Dit appartement is uniek in vele opzichten: niets is bij de recente herinrichting aan onze aandacht ontsnapt, het is onze 2e eigendom in deze streek en we kenden dus zeer goed de noden van de toekomstige kandidaat-huurders en waar we extra aandacht aan moesten besteden!! Geen enkel appartement of chalet heeft 3 TV's, HiFi USB, digitale safe, enz. Het privatieve balkon beschikt over twee tuintafels, 6 nieuwe, comfortabele stoelen, 2 ligzetels en 2 zonneluifels.
