Summary: This hotel was in the perfect location for being in Istanbul for the first time. Felt very safe, close to the ferry ports and loads of bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel also arranged our transfers for us from the airport and back which was very helpful. They also sent a photo and video of the company and location in airport for pick up. However when we got to the airport the area for pick up was blacked off and it was the one before which was no problem. However It was really confusing because when we got to the area of where the company was they said the company doesn’t exist anymore and the pick up hasn’t been sorted. But this area had loads of company’s of bus transfers and the guys there sent a message in their whatsapp group which they saw our name so it was sorted by the hotel when we asked but there was a change of company which we didn’t know about. When I tried to email the hotel about I didn’t have any response back even after we got to the hotel. It just would have been nice for this to be acknowledged. This would not make me change my opinion of the hotel because the staff were so lovley, hotel facilities were new and it was the perfect location? :)
