Positive: The room was super agreable, the private bath was amazing, the food was delicious, the hosts were very sweet, the place is exquisite! We had a wonderful moment at Furusato. Definitely one of the best hotel we've been at.

Summary: Everything we've dreamed of from a traditional ryokan!
