if you don't have an rv or boat, skip #1 and #2 and goto #3
with or without a vessel or rv, this home is ultra secluded..however, if you do have a transport vehicle:
1) marine: up to 50' foot boat docking available here with plenty of room for rv's, boat trailers, campers etc - perfect for mariners who want to use their own boats For the simple traveler, there’s Charter Captain upgrades offered inside the home as well - large pontoon or deep V Grady White - kayakers, paddle boarders, anyone who wants to explore the rich waters here in SE Florida with a home RIGHT ON THE DANIA CUT OFF CANAL - 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available as well - Small /medium boats all easy launch 1.5 miles away. see the ft lauderdale loop by water — it’s awesome!
(2) highway: rv's campers, large trucks etc - plenty of parking for the large vehicle type RV / Large vehicle parking : 250 per week - Hookup to power avail. Campers, pop-ups, etc all easy will fit on the 1/2 acre lot. no sewer hookup //
(3) none: just enjoy the hidden gem without additional transport; super close to the hard rock hotel & casino ( 4 minutes away ) and 5 miles to beach ~

south beach 30m away, fort lauderdale strip 15m, hollywood 10m - we are in the heart of s florida but tucked away in a waterfront community with 1 way in / out -
the house has it all - it's got impact windows / doors for the ultra private / quiet
built extra sturdy, even the drywall is actually doubled up so it's like a chilly fortress
( if you like it cold in there ! ) the captains quarters ( the porch ) is built for partying
or chilling with the huge jacuzzi, bar, dart board, daybed, and smoking section -
ready to go if you're the " enjoy a tasty beverage or bud " type -
boaters & ocean goers:
ever wanted to go to bimini ? how bout key biscayne ? how bout peanut island or boca chita ? these are places every true captain or water explorer needs to see before he takes the plunge ! this nautical boat house is for you, the outdoor adventurer A launch boat ramp is within .5 miles of the home and there's plenty of parking for your trailer. By water, heading west around the loop, takes you up through downtown Ft. Lauderdale, and on the canal you have 17 ft. clearance; heading east on the water under I-95, you have 10 ft. clearance directly out to the intracoastal waterways - both directions lead you out to port everglades, past the giant cruise ships and out to sea, the mighty atlantic ocean!
the house is immaculate and decked out for the explorer type Pristine wood work, old cypress lamps, a jacuzzi, a whirlpool bathtub, dual shower heads, full kitchen, a galley, tons of space and SUPER SECLUDED; You have a private gated entrance and NO-ONE will ever see you once you're inside the property - This is a true outdoor adventurer's paradise. There is a SECOND annual home on the property but rarely will see them as you are in the " REAR " house.
* yes, we are near the airport and you will see / hear airplanes overhead It's like RUSH HOUR on the roads only in the sky here...7-10a and 5-8p busy otherwise an occasional flyover...if this is an issue for you, please look elsewhere, i understand - however,
if you just want an ultra secluded place 15 miles from the hard rock, 3 miles from the beach, 5 miles from fort lauderdale beach, 10 minutes from hollywood, and 2 minutes from fll international with ocean access, you've found the secret spot ~
there are two more features we don't advertise but if you try the boathouse you'll have access to something no other vacation rental has i promise you -
