modern home with a very open and spacious layout Filled with many windows allowing for beautiful natural light to enter the property, perfect for selfies! This home has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
bedrooms are all located on the second floor We offer 3 Queen size bedrooms and 1 Single size bedroom, with a pull out bed located in the closet that can be taken out if necessary (suitable for toddlers only).
one full bathroom is privately located in the master bedroom on the second floor Full bathroom two is located in the hallway of the second floor and the half bathroom is located on the first floor, between the kitchen and family room.
on the first floor, you will find an equipped kitchen with more than enough space to host your friends/family The kitchen contains all of the basics, including: a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses and more. You will also find a dining room, an extended family room that offers an electric fireplace, as well as a pool table and a designated work space, with a printer that connects to Bluetooth. We also have a recreation room which contains a mini arcade gaming system, board games and a Jacuzzi.
both the kitchen and rec room allow guest access to the furnished backyard that is equipped for bbq’s

since this is a gated community, guests will need to obtain a gate entry pass for each traveling vehicle, which will allow back and forth access into the community You will need to provide full names of all guests, as well as vehicle information prior to arrival so that we can register you for your entry pass/passes. Amenity passes which will allow access to the community pool, lake, etc. will already be at the house.

pets are allowed, but please be advised that if your pet is not a service animal, there will be a one time fee of $75 per pet, as well as a weight requirement of no more than 50lbs for small to medium pets For larger pets over 50lbs, there will be a charge of $150 per pet. The maximum number of pets allowed is three. Please specify the size and breed through the message thread in order to be charged correctly.
we encourage guests to please pick up after your pets Our cleaning crew goes above and beyond to clean thoroughly after every visit and if they find pet feces inside or on the properties front lawn and/or backyard, guests will be required to pay an additional $100 cleaning fee..
