Enjoy the beautiful sunsets Biloxi has to offer from the wood deck of this lovely updated cottage. The home features granite counter tops, open concept living, dining and kitchen. Private bath off of the bedroom with the new Queen Sized mattress and bed. Enjoy a large walk-in closet, linen storage filled with all the linens you will need, and a full size washer and dryer. The home has a yard with large shade trees and it is fenced with a 4 ft. tall new chain link fence with 2 gates. Pets are welcome (sorry no cats due to the owner's allergies). This is a quiet neighborhood. It's a short walk to the beach and to Waffle House. It's located close to the Edgewater Mall, Super Walmart and lots of shopping. A new Cinema is at the Mall - just in case of rain. If you are a history buff, you'll enjoy the Beauvoir Jefferson Davis Home. It's on Beach Blvd. near the Coliseum A longish walk or short drive by car. My husband and I bought this duplex in June, 2017 to live in part time after he retires in 2019. We have grown to love the friendly people, the slower lifestyle, and yes - even the climate of the area so much so, that we purchased a residence to live in Gulfport and decided to turn this home into a vacation rental. We've worked very hard during the year to make this a home that you'll be very comfortable in, and will want to come back to. Having completed the interior of this home, I can envision the final look of the whole home, both inside and out, and can hardly wait to finish it, so that you can see it too. In the meantime, come and enjoy the beautiful interiors of this one bedroom - or the attached 2 bedroom (ID 1449223)- home.
