Summary: The property view is amazing The villa we stayed in Beautiful The balcony terrible, patio furniture dirty, bird poo, spider webs all over We did the lake view so we could sit outside, but didn’t get to enjoy Kitchen didn’t have enough silverware or plates to accommodate our party of 3 The fan in the 2nd guest room didn’t work, no one came to fix even after we requested maintenance The pool area was nice, only 1 pool was in service, smaller pool and jacuzzi closed The restaurant and bar hours are terrible We stayed until Monday and there was no food or drinks available after 2pm Sunday The menu was very limited Because you’re not close to any restaurants or stores you can’t just leave to get food Luckily we brought all our food The sad part is when I think of a RESORT I DO NOT WANT TO COOK BREAKFAST, LUNCH, and DINNER each day I’m there This is what we had to do There were no other amenities to enjoy because of no staff VERY DISAPPOINTED
