Positive: The location was brilliant. We had a lovely time relaxing by the pool & the sunset views were amazing.

Negative: When we checked out we were given a random food bill from another table the previous night- when we queried it, we were given the correct bill, but it had not been added up, so it took my husband and a lovel y new member of staff (he turned up for his first shift as we w ere checking out) 20 minutes working though the bills on their phones (the hotel calculator did not work), a job that would have been made easier if the total at the end of each day/meal had been added up. Lovely hotel but check the bill carefully when you leave & allow plenty of time to check out.
