Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: 1.Good and helpful behavior of Caretaker Suresh. 2.Tasty food. 3. Scenic beauty from the balcony. 4. Beautiful Garden. 5. Cleanliness of the room and premises.
Negative: 1. At the time of booking I clearly mentioned that we are 3 people,me, my husband and daughter ( 3 adults) but the bed was double bed. After asking they provide a mattress but this was chargeable. I paid the amount. 2. There were 2 roads through which you can able to reach to the resort, one road was very steepy road, almost 70 degree with hairpin bend. Google showed that challenging road only. For us it was challenging and life threatening. After check-out we came back through another road that was fine. 3. At check out day morning we discovered that the kettle was not working. 4.We were 3 members,they have given a 500ml water bottle for all of us🤣. They kept the coffee powder and suger in a small plastic kitchen containers. No milk was there. 5. We paid Rs.4602 with tax ( without extra bed and food)for one night. I think the charges should not cross Rs3500 with tax. So the charge was not legitimate.
