we offer a 2-level end-unit townhome with assigned parking, 2 bedrooms, and 25 baths. Sliding doors open up to the screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee looking out onto the small lake. plenty of sunshine to start your day off right!
walk upstairs (wood laminate flooring) to two master queen suites The suite to the right of the stairs has a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, remote ceiling fan, 2 large closets, laminate flooring, and large windows covered with plantation shutters which you can open up to let the Florida sunshine in and close at night so you can sleep in as long as you like....after all, it's your vacation! This suite has an en-suite bathroom with Corian natural stone counter and a bath/shower combination for your preference. Bedroom suite #2 also has a queen bed, large single closet, a ceiling fan, laminate flooring, a large window with plantation shutters, and an en-suite bath, also with a natural Corian counter and a tub/shower combination.
