with a great outside area and heated pool, and just 10 minutes from the white sands of vanderbilt beach, the flaming vine is the perfect spot to relax, kick back, and enjoy family and friends' time, and everything naples and swfl has to offer As of Feb 2022, the furnishing are all brand new and the comfort and needs of guests have been thoroughly thought out.
walk through the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! the layout flows from the front living room, through to the kitchen and back den with dining area The master bedroom suite is on the right of the house and the 2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom on the left. The outdoor patio and pool are accessed from the back den and also the master bedroom.
the outside patio and pool area is not screened, but has lots of room and is perfect for relaxing with friends or family, when you are not exploring the beaches and local area There is an outdoor dining table, and the outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. There is also an outdoor wine fridge, conversational seating and plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the sunshine. The pool is heated and there are various floaties and an inflatable pump for your enjoyment.

the front living room is comfortable is comfortable and has a work station, with desk and printer, for those of you that absolutely have to put in some work time, you’ll also be glad to know there is high speed internet and even a printer for your use And in the back den, there is a large smart TV with access to the popular streaming apps and cable channels. Put your feet up after a hard day at the beach and settle in. You will also find a range of board games for hours of family fun.
we want you to feel completely at home, and have provided everything you need for your vacation The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Keurig and even a wine fridge! There is indoor and outdoor dining options.
the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk in closet and a dresser for your clothes storage, and private bathroom with a walk in shower There is a private access to the patio, as well as a smart ROKU TV, with Roku Live TV (no cable), and most of the popular steaming apps (remember to bring your app login details).
the first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet and dresser and roku tv The second guest bedroom has 2 ‘full’ beds with a closet. These bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.
there is also a queen size sofa bed in the front den
the beds all have brand new, comfortable mattresses, protective mattress covers, and new (as of feb 2022) linen, duvets and covers (which are always laundered after each guest stay) There are spare pillows and blankets and we provide bath, hand and face towels, as well as beach towels.
the laundry room has a washer and dryer and, in the garage, for those florida beach days, you’ll find beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, coolers, and beach toys for the younger guests We have 3 adult bikes, and a small kids bike.
the home has keyless entry, via a keypad - you will be provided with a code
